All yoga and meditation classes at Energy Yoga London (near Bank) are drop-in and you do not have to pre-book. Arrive a few minutes early for the teacher to check you in and you'll be set.
If you would like to pre-pay and pre-book, you can do so by clicking into your desired class below. You'll be prompted to buy a class or class card, and then you can reserve a space in any class. All class cards are valid for any class.
Energy Yoga classes are held Monday to Friday, lunchtimes and after work in St Paul’s, London. The venue, 4 Foster Lane, is a 1 minute walk from St Paul’s tube and cathedral.
No classes at the weekend.
Lunchtimes (Mon & Fri): 45 mins (12.15pm – 1pm; 1.10pm – 1.55pm)
Evening: 1 hour 15 mins (6.30pm – 7.45pm)
Meditation class: 1 hour 30 mins (6.15pm - 7.45pm)
All classes are drop-in and you do not need to book, though pre-booking is available. Just show up at class, we will get you to sign in and you’ll be ready.
