Online

● Sign up for Zoom and download it on your phone, tablet, or laptop

● Next, log in to your Energy Yoga account or create an account via our class timetable

● When you book a class online, make sure the title says "ONLINE" (currently we also have classes outdoors)

● Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link

● If you do not manage to attend the class we will send you a recording

● Our cancellation policy is 12 hours before the start of the session. You will need to login to your account and remove yourself from the class list if you can no longer attend the class and do not want to receive the recording

● If you just want to receive the recording please let us know by email that you will not be attending in person so we can let the teacher know.



In studio


What to bring


We provide yoga mats, blocks and pillows so you only need to bring yourself. You can also bring your own mat or towel if you prefer using your own.
*Not applicable for online classes


What to wear


Wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing. We don’t wear shoes in the yoga hall, so socks are advisable, and a hoodie or jumper to make sure you stay warm during the final relaxation.


Food and drinks


Please don’t have a heavy meal for at least 2 hours prior to the yoga class, and don’t eat in the hour or so before class. You can drink water or herbal tea but not coffee before the yoga class.


Meditation classes


In our meditation sessions, we simply sit on chairs or cushions provided, or move gently, and relax into the present moment.
